D) Indication of the products in to which the design is intended to be incorporated or to which it is intended to be applied (using the terms of the EUROLOCARNO's list).
E) Citation of the designer or the team of designers or a statment under the applicant's responsability that the designer or the team of designers has waived the right to be cited.
F) Priority details, priority documents (plain copies are accepted) and priority rights assignment, if applicable.
G) Information about the second official language to be indicated as a possible language of proceedings (see please "language" in the "preliminary comments" above).
