A) A power of attorney form (download form).
B) Details of the applicant.
C) Title of the design, including designation of its field of application.
D) Graphic representations (for each embodiment), in triplicate (photographs are accepted, but drawings are advisable).
E) Five specimens from said representations; the printed surface should not exceed 5.8 cm in width nor 9.8 cm in height, with the object being drawn in such a way that its lower portion falls shorter than the one of the narrower borders; these specimens are prepared by our office with no additional charge, provided that the representations of D) above are drawings of acceptable quality.
F) Description of each embodiment, only involving desing (not echnical) characteristics; advisable length between 50 and 200 words for each embodiment.
G) Priority details, priority documents and priority rights assignment, if applicable.

The above required documents are valid for application filed on/or before 9 July 2004 (see please "News"). 

A single application may comprise up to 50 embodiments, provided that all of them have the same field of application.

Minimum details/documents for validly obtaining a filing date and meeting a term are given in para. B), C), D) -at least, informal representations-, F) above, with priority details, if applicable.
